He was so kind and thoughtfully explained the Aquamation process and how he would take care of our Opal. He schedule a time to pick her up from our home that day and gently placed her in her specially tagged bag so that we would be certain it was Opal's remains we got back. A few days later Joey called to let us know that Opal was ready to come home. He asked me how we were doing and again was so kind. Getting a bunny footprint is very difficult but he did and it was with the remains, a vial of her hair, and the locket we purchased as a keepsake. The bamboo box is simple and lovely and he laser etched her name and paw print on the box as well. It has a tight seal so there is no risk of spilling her remains either. It is so heart wrenching to lose a beloved pet, but Joey took such gentle care of us and Opal. As we have other pets who will one day pass as well, we will definitely call upon Joey and Oregon Aquamation again.
